Everything on this list is easier now than it will be in January.
Replace the bottom seal if it no longer springs back when pressed, because a hardened seal is what bonds hardest to an icy slab and tears. Clear leaf litter from the bottom track, because whatever is in there in November is frozen in place by January. Get a balance test while a tired spring is still a scheduled visit rather than a sub-zero morning with your car shut in.
